Our verdict
Yousician for app-style feedback and kids/families; Fender Play for a simple, known-price beginner path.
We cannot price-compare: Yousician does not publish a USD price on its public pages (shown at signup by country), while Fender Play is $19.99/mo or $149.99/yr. Both trial for 7 days (Fender annual plan: 14). Yousician listens through your mic for real-time feedback, covers five instruments and suits young learners; its Yousician-billed refund is 14 days only if you have not accessed the paid service. Fender Play allows no partial-period refunds. Editorial recommendation based on features/terms only - not hands-on testing.
